aww, thanks! Yeah it's been a while since I wrote here; I came back and I was like "huh looks like I haven't written since I graduated college" though I'm not sure whether it was because of that or the pandemic or family stuff since it all ended up converging at the same time... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The pandemic was actually what made me start using this site more (I think). I'm officially done with tumblr since it was too much of a distraction for me, so I'm back here now. Sounds like a lot has happened over the past few years, I hope everything's been (mostly) well!
tumblr can be a distraction yeah but mostly I find it super relaxing so... I'm still there :) it's a great place for pretty art/funny stuff/and fandom of course. I got back into Death Note this year and was so happy to find that it's still active on tumblr so that's been super fun, & because of twitter's issues even some of the black butler people I used to follow came back so now I've got that on my dash too which is so nice <3 ehhhh.... a lot happened definitely. It's been... not awful? I guess? Except this year, this year's been awful, BUT just recently in the past two weeks or so I got two or three really exciting project/work ideas for next year which has overwhelmed me even more, but in a good way—so I think this year may actually end pretty nicely :)
That's nice, I'm glad you're still enjoying tumblr! And glad that more people came back, I remember how dead it was after everyone left for twitter... And now twitter's going down haha. So everyone came back right when I left. I want to at least live without it for a year and see if it actually helps me at all.
Oh yay, I'm glad that this year is redeeming itself right towards the end!
